Commercial Leadership Experience

Open-Air Outlet Center
An open-air outlet center with retail buildings, dining areas, and shared outdoor spaces. The project included extensive site development, utilities, parking, and stormwater infrastructure.
Medical Offices & Surgery Center
Conversion and expansion of an existing retail building into a healthcare facility. Phased construction included an ambulatory surgery center, pain management practice, physical therapy spaces, pharmacy, and urgent care with diagnostic imaging.
Magnolia Grove
A 24-unit townhome community located in Mableton, GA.
Medlock Park
A 24-unit townhome development located in Austell, GA.
